Which one are they buying? The Wrangler or the Liberty. The Liberty is great the wrangler is good offroad but not good for regular street driving. Too noisy, no storage space.

Google "Jeep Liberty lower ball joint" and decide for yourself. Not the best suspension components or geometry around. Still, I enjoy my KJ very much. She's five years old and going strong with 69,000 miles.

i recently just got rid of my jeep grand cherokee and drive my back up car which is a honda civic..im thinkin in the next few weeks im going to get a jeep liberty 4x4. is there anything that's not good about the liberty?
