Notice that the gauge is not us( in white ) so when you see 0-60, do not look at the white...These are a badass GC, but in canada, the speed is not mph....Sweet ride...I have an 07 srt8 and a regular GC limited with 4.7v8..

Thats just what I was thinking. However... traction is lost. Maybe thats what he meant? Whatever. Doesn't matter. Nice rig.

Break in periods are a bit of a myth other than it does get faster as the mileage goes up...

I didn't post this video, my buddy did, but it's my Jeep and my best 0-60 bone stock is 4.64 with a light 1/4 tank of gas. Maybe it's the cold Canadian air :-)
antonio105x on November 19, 2007 at 1:34 pm
not not necesarily, the colder the air is the more condensed it is and the more air you can pack into the cylinder the bigger the combustion is thusly it is technically goind to produce more power and ultimatley a faster car (but again this isn't all set in stone, there are many other factors that factor in.) cold is is your cars best friend other than when starting up thats all

thats true..but if it were 10 degrees vs 50 degrees..the engines performance would sort of suffer slighty
BlacKnightRising on November 19, 2007 at 1:28 am
that is just not true the CarMags have nothing to gain by fabricating any "evidence" besides a Porsche beater is a Porsche beater, u can't fabricate that and I've wasted 2 Porsche SUV's already!! so I've got my own numbers to verify how ridiculously fast these trucks r, this is before I added the upgraded exhaust and speed chip!!
antonio105x on November 18, 2007 at 10:56 pm
ye thats great buy you have to know if you read car and driver or any of those sport car mags a lot that they dont tell the real numbers - they always lower them slightly as part of an advetising scheme with the car companies, trust me, or look it up on jeeps official website - bone stock they are 4.8 - 4.9 to 60 - if it was 4.5 - 4.6 traction control off, they would cost way more than they do anyway
